These party franks can be served with toothpicks (for spearing) as appetizers. You can also turn them into a fun kids' meal by arranging them on hamburger buns. This recipe uses turkey franks to keep the fat content down.
What You Need
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 pound turkey frankfurters
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons honey
What To Do
1. Cut each frank in fourths.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat.
3. Add franks and continue cooking until franks are heated thoroughly.
4. If serving as an appetizer, transfer to bowl and provide cocktail toothpicks.
