Johnny's Famous Barbecue Sauce Recipe

This recipe was made famous by Johnny Weeks of Texas. The sauce it produces is great for use as a basting agent during grilling, but can also be bottled, chilled and served later.
What You Need
• 1 cup catsup
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon celery seeds
• 3 or 4 dashes of hot sauce
• 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
What To Do
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into saucepan.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
