This artichoke dip recipe can be served cold or hot.
What You Need
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups artichoke hearts
What To Do
1. If serving hot, preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine Parmesan cheese and mayo, then add garlic powder.
3. Add artichoke hearts and combine.
4. If serving hot, cook 10-20 minutes (until cheese is melted).
5. Serve with chips or use as a spread on French bread.
