Easy Cheesy Artichoke Dip Recipe
What You Need
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup Pace Picante Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Drain artichoke hearts, then chop.
3. Mix all ingredients.
4. Transfer to a casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake 20 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Sprinkle cooked dip with chopped red bell pepper and fresh cilantro, and serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
