This Guacamole dip recipe is a favorite. If you love avocados, you'll love this dip - and it's much healthier than many other dips, too.
What You Need
2 ripe avocados, peeled and lightly mashed
1 medium ripe tomato, diced
1 small onion, chopped
Several dashes Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cilantro
1/4 cup salsa
What To Do
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Mix well, but don't overmix - the guacamole should retain some lumpiness.
Note: Many people prefer guacamole chilled, but it's up to you.
