This Guacamole Egg Dip recipe makes 1 1/2 cups.
What You Need
3 small avocados
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sun-dried tomato salsa
3 hard-cooked egg whites, finely chopped
What To Do
1. Place peeled and seeded avocados in bowl. Mash well with a potato masher or fork.
2. Add salt, salsa and egg whites.
3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
