Chopped spinach and crumbled bacon make a great combination in this dip. For a special treat, serve in a hollowed-out round loaf of bread.
What You Need
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, thoroughly drained
6 slices cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon dill weed
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
What To Do
1. Squeeze out all water from spinach (you can thaw in the microwave if pressed for time, just make sure to drain and squeeze out water).
2. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in large bowl and mix.
3. You can serve the dip in the same bowl, or buy a loaf of round bread and hollow it out, then transfer the dip into the bread (use the removed bread pieces to dip with).
