Creamy Spinach Dip Recipe
What You Need
8 oz. Dairy sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 cups frozen leaf spinach, thawed, well-drained
8 oz. water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
What To Do
1. Combine sour cream, mayo and seasonings in a medium bowl.
2. Stir in onions, spinach, water chestnuts and red pepper.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least several hours.
Serve with assorted crackers, bread, or crips vegetable dippers.
