Tomatoes and avocados are used in this Fiesta Salsa recipe.
What You Need
2 medium tomatoes, pureed
2 medium avocados, mashed
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
What To Do
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
2. Cover; refrigerate for at least two hours, longer if possible, to give flavors time to combine.
Alternate serving suggestion: Mix with cream cheese and use as a bagel spread.
