What You Need
1 15-oz. can tomatoes, drained
1/2 small onion
1/4 cup green chili peppers
4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
1 garlic clove
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
What To Do
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and process just until blended together (do not over-process to point of smoothness).
2. Cover and refrigerate; serve chilled.
