This Salsa Tomatillo recipe makes 1 cup.
What You Need
2 tablespoons Anaheim chilies, chopped
1/2 cup chopped, drained tomatoes
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup tomatillos, finely chopped
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
What To Do
1. Saute onion in vegetable oil in small saucepan.
2. Add finely chopped tomatillos; Anaheim chilies, cilantro and white vinegar; honey and garlic salt.
3. Bring mixture to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Add chopped, drained tomatoes; mix well.
