This recipe makes 1 Apple Carrot Cake.
What You Need
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups carrots, grated
1 1/2 cups apple, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients, then stir into batter.
4. Add carrots, apples and nuts and stir together.
5. Pour batter into 9x13 baking pan and bake 60-70 minutes.
