Carrot Cake with Walnuts Recipe

What You Need
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 cups carrots, finely grated
1 cups walnuts, chopped
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Grease 10-inch tube pan.
2. Add first seven ingredients to large bowl and mix at low speed, then increase to high speed and mix for five minutes. Scrape bowl.
3. Stir in carrots and nuts.
4. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour, 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
