Impossible Cheesecake Recipe

What You Need
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
• 2 packages cream cheese, softened and cubed
Topping
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Add milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick to blender and blend on high.
3. Add cream cheese and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake 40-45 minutes until center is set. Allow to cool before spreading topping.
Topping: Mix all ingredients well and carefully spread on top of cooled cheesecake.
