Key Lime Cheesecake Recipe

What You Need
1 9-inch deep-dish graham cracker pie crust
3 eggs
2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
16 oz. sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup key lime juice
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, then add add cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and key lime juice. Beat mixture until smooth.
3. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and cool, then chill in refrigerator at least two hours before serving.
