Simple Banana Pudding Cheesecake Recipe
What You Need
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 small package Jello banana instant pudding, dry
1 9-inch graham cracker crust
What To Do
1. Stir cream cheese with an electric mixer on low until very soft.
2. Gradually mix in 1/2 cup milk until cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
3. Add remaining milk and instant pudding mix. Beat slowly on low speed for 1 minute.
4. Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker cruster. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
