Fat-Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

What You Need
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 egg whites
1 cup water
1/2 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Separately, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup, then stir into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
