No Egg Chocolate Cake Recipe

What You Need
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup butter or Margarine, melted
2 cups cold water
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Sift flour, baking soda and salt directly into an ungreased 9x13 baking pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix together cocoa and sugar, then stir into the flour mixture in baking pan.
4. Smooth out dry ingredients, then make three wells in mixture. Pour vinegar into one well, vanilla into second, melted butter or margarine into third.
5. Pour water over the top of all mixture. Stir with a fork, then mix well.
6. Bake 35-45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
