What You Need
1 cup dates, chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup honey
2 cups shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 325F and grease a cookie sheet.
2. In mixing bowl, combine honey, egg and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
3. Stir in coconut and nuts.
4. Coat dates with 2 Tablespoons flour. Add to mixture.
5. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until slightly brown.
