Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
This Reverse Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe makes approximately 24 cookies.
What You Need
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 ounces semisweet chocolate; melted
3/4 cup white chocolate, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl, cream butter, sugar and salt together until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
4. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda, then mix in chocolate and nuts.
5. Drop batter by teaspoons, apart 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheet.
6. Bake 15 minutes.
