What You Need
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup unbleached flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons light sesame oil
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Mix dry ingredients together, then add oil and mix again.
3. Add apple juice and stir. (If the dough seems too dry, add more juice.)
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet; flatten slightly if you want a crisper cookie.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
