This Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies recipe makes approximately 20 cookies.
What You Need
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add ingredients to medium bowl and mix well.
3. Roll into balls about 3/4-inch in diameter, and place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
4. Press down each ball with a fork to flatten.
5. Place in oven and watch closely; cookies are done when they are lightly browned.
