Soft Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

What You Need
• 3/4 cup margarine
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Granulated sugar (for rolling)
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Into a medium mixing bowl add margarine, sugar and brown sugar and cream together.
3. Blend in egg, peanut butter and vanilla.
4. Separately, sift dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture and mix well.
5. Pour granulated sugar onto saucer or plate. Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar to coat.
6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 10-12 minutes.
