This 2-Minute Fudge recipe makes approximately 36 servings and is prepared in the microwave.
What You Need
1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts
What To Do
1. Add sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together in 1 1/2-quart, microwave-safe casserole dish. Stir until partially blended (mixture will stiffen to quickly to thoroughly blend).
2. Put butter over the top of mixture in center of dish.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth.
4. Stir, making sure all butter melts during stirring if it didn't during cooking.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Pour mixture into lightly battered 8x4x3-inch dish and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut into serving-sized squares.
