Bunny's Easy Fudge Recipe
What You Need
1 box powdered sugar
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 12-oz. package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
What To Do
1. Combine sugar, vanilla and condensed milk and set aside.
2. Melt butter and chocolate chips in saucepan.
3. Pour chocolate/butter mixture into bowl with sugar and milk. Mix well.
4. Pour into greased pan and let stand. Cut into squares and eat!
Note: It's best, after letting this fudge sit for a few hours, to cut it into squares, place those squares on wax paper and cover with paper towels overnight. This allows the fudge to harden, thereby saving some mess during eating. But if you don't mind a softer fudge, and getting a little on your fingers when eating, this step can be skipped. If you are boxing the fudge to give as a gift, you'll want to let it harden overnight, however.
