This Cheese Fudge recipes makes 3 pounds of fudge.
What You Need
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
8 ounces pasteurized, processed cheese, cubed
1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
2 teaspoons anilla
2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
What To Do
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cheese, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
2. In a bowl, sift together sugar and cocoa, then add to cheese and mix well.
3. Stir in dry milk, vanilla and nuts.
4. Turn mixture into a buttered, 9x9x2-inch pan and chill until firm.
