What You Need
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 cups maple syrup
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
What To Do
1. Add flour and sugar to a saucepan and mix together.
2. Add maple syrup, corn syrup and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Increase temperature to medium and cook until candy thermometer registers 234F, stirring frequently.
4. Remove from heat and drop butter on top. Allow mixture to cool to about 120F.
5. Beat until mixture begins to lose its gloss. Pour into buttered pan and cool.
