What You Need
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 ounces chocolate
Pinch of cream of tartar
1 cup water
1/4 cup marshmallows
What To Do
1. Add all ingredients except marshmallows to a saucepan and bring to boil.
2. Continue boiling, stirring frequently, until candy thermometer reads 234F.
3. Remove from heat and beat until creamy.
4. Cut up marshmallows into smaller pieces and add to hot mixture.
5. Pour into buttered pan and allow to firm up before cutting.
