What You Need
6-8 apples, peeled and cored
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 9-inch pie crusts
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Slice and pare apples.
3. Combine dry ingredients, then add apples and mix to coat.
4. Pour mixture into pie crust. Dot with butter.
5. Cover with top crust and cut 4 slits into top crust.
6. Bake for 50 minutes.
