Diabetic Apple Pie Recipe
This Diabetic Apple Pie recipe yields 8 servings.

What You Need
• 2 cans Comstock Sliced Apples, drained
• 2 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low sweetener
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine (optional)
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 small can Crushed Unsweetened Pineapple packed in own juice (do not drain)
• Pastry for top and bottom pie crust

What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 425F.

2. In a large bowl, combine apple and all ingredients except butter.

3. Mix well, then pour into bottom pie shell. Dot with butter.

4. Top with pastry; seal edges and vent top.

5. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350F and bake another 25-35 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
