This Raspberry Cobbler recipe makes 8 servings.
What You Need
4 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup margarine, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Line 9-inch square baking dish with raspberries.
3. Make batter by mixing margarine, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, flour, baking
powder, salt and vanilla.
4. Pour batter over raspberries and spread evenly.
5. Mix remaining sugar and water, and pour over batter.
6. Bake 1 hour.
7. Serve warm with cream, ice cream, or whipped cream.
