Cheesecake Pecan Pie Recipe

What You Need
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Combine cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.
3. Turn mixture into pie shell and spread over bottom.
4. Arrange pecans on top of the cream cheese mixture.
5. In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over top of the pecans.
6. Bake 40-45 minutes.
