Favorite Pecan Pie Recipe

This Favorite Pecan Pie recipe makes one 9-inch pie.
What You Need
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 cup pecan halves
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
3. Cool slightly, then add eggs, vanilla and salt and mix well.
4. Pour filling into pastry shell, and top with pecan halves.
5. Bake 50-55 minutes.
