Mocha Pecan Pie Recipe
What You Need
• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dry
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup corn syrup
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pie-shell
• 1 cup pecan halves

What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Add chocolate, coffee liqueur and instant coffee granules to heat-proof bowl. Set bowl over simmering water and melt chocolate; stir until smooth.

3. Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar until dissolved.

4. Stir in corn syrup, eggs, butter, vanilla, salt and chopped pecans.

5. Pour into pie shell. Arrange pecan halves on top.

6. Bake 45-50 minutes (center won't quite be firm, but edges will be). Cool before serving.
