Creamy Pumpkin Pie Recipe
What You Need
4 cups fresh pumpkin, cooked and mashed
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Add pumpkin, condensed milk and eggs to large bowl and combine.
3. Add spices and seasonings and mix with wire whisk until well blended.
4. Pour filling into pie crust.
5. Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake another 35-40 minutes.
