Impossible Pumpkin Pie Recipe

This Impossible Pumpkin Pie recipe yields 8 servings.
What You Need
1 1/3 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk biscuit mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
Pumpkin pie spice to taste
Whipped cream for garnish
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Combine milk, butter, eggs, sugar, biscuit mix, pumpkin and pie spice to taste in blender. Mix well.
3. Turn mixture into greased 9-inch pie pan.
4. Bake 25-35 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and rim comes out clean.
5. Cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
