Smooth Pumpkin Pie Recipe

What You Need
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
2 cups fresh pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon ginger
3/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
What To Do
1. Mix ingredients in order given.
2. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
3. Bake in hot oven (400F) 50 minutes or until knife inserted half way between the center and edge of the filling comes out clean.
4. Top cooled pie with whipped cream flavored with honey and ginger, if desired.
