Traditional Pumpkin Pie Recipe
What You Need
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1 16-oz. can pumpkin (about 2 cups)
1 14-oz. can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
3. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes.
4. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake another 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean.
5. Allow to cool before serving.
