Vanilla Pumpkin Pie Recipe

What You Need
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, flour, salt vanilla and cinnamon.
3. Stir until well-blended, then pour into pie shell.
4. Bake 20 minutes, then turn temperature down to 350F and bake another 40 minutes.
5. Knife inserted into center should come out clean. Cool before serving.
