This Hot Buttered Rum recipe makes 2 servings.
What You Need
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Dash of ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 teaspoons butter, softened
Dash of ground nutmeg
1/2 cup rum
What To Do
1. In a 2-cup measure, stir together brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Stir in warm water.
3. Microwave, uncovered, 3-4 minutes or until steaming hot.
4. Stir in rum.
5. Serve in mugs and garnish with lemon slices.
