This Zombie recipe makes 1 servings.
What You Need
1 fluid oz. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1 orange, juiced
1 fluid oz. passion fruit syrup
2 1/2 fluid oz. light rum
1/2 fluid oz. 151-proof rum
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 fluid oz. apricot brandy
1 fluid oz. Jamaica rum
What To Do
1. Place all ingredients except the 151-proof rum into a blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice.
2. Blend on low for 1 minute.
3. Strain into frosted highball glass.
4. Garnish with a stick of pineapple, one green cherry and one red cherry.
5. Float 151 rum and top with sprig of fresh mint dipped in powdered sugar.
