Chocolate liquer and brandy (or Cognac) add buzz to this Chocolate Coffee recipe.
What You Need
3/4 fluid oz. good brandy or Cognac
1/2 fluid oz. dark Crème de Cacao
1/2 fluid oz. chocolate syrup
4 fluid oz. hot coffee
1 fluid oz. milk
Whipped heavy (double) cream
What To Do
1. Put all the ingredients except the cream into a pan and heat but do not boil.
2. Pour into glasses or mugs, top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa.
