This Thai Iced Coffee recipes makes 4 servings.
What You Need
3/4 cup ground coffee
2 2/3 cups water
Ice cubes
Cardamom
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Sugar to taste
What To Do
1. Brew coffee, using amounts specified, in an automatic drip coffee maker or percolator.
2. Fill four 10-oz. glasses with ice cubes, and pour coffee over ice to 2/3 full.
3. Stir in 2 tablespoons evaporated milk, a dash of cardamom, and sugar to taste.
4. Stir and serve.
