This Banana Smoothie recipe makes one servings.
What You Need
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
5 ice cubes
1 1/2 cups milk
Dash nutmeg
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
2 medium ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla
What To Do
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes and blend until smooth.
2. Add up to 5 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth.
