This Beef Pie recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
5 potatoes, diced
1 can creamed corn
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Butter
Salt
Pepper
What To Do
1. Boil potatoes until tender, then drain and mash (do not add milk). Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Preheat oven to 350F.
3. Add ground beef and onion to skillet until beef is browned.
4. Drain, then transfer to casserole dish and spread evenly.
5. Spread the canned corn on top of beef, then potatoes over corn, then cheese and butter over potatoes.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
