Baked Stuffed French Toast Recipe
This Baked Stuffed French Toast recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
4 large slices sourdough bread, crust removed and cubed
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, chopped
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Place half the bread cubes in ungreased 11x7-inch baking dish. Distribute cream cheese cubes evenly over top of bread.
3. Sprinkle chopped apple over top. Add remaining bread cubes.
4. Beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together and pour over mixture in dish.
5. Bake 35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
