1/2 cup milk or lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon natural bran
What To Do
1. Combine banana or peach, milk or yogurt, honey and bran in blender or food processor.
2. Whirl until smooth.
3. Pour into tall glass.
