Cinnamon French Toast Recipe
What You Need
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 bread slices
What To Do
1. Add egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon to pie plate or large, flat dish (for dredging). Beat together.
2. Dredge bread, one slice at a time, in mixture, turning so both sides are coated.
3. Transfer coated bread to griddle that is preheated and has melted butter or oil on it; cook on medium heat until bread is browned on both sides.
