Garlic Cheese Grits Recipe
 
Grits can be served as a breakfast entree or side, or as a dinner side dish.

What You Need
• 1 cup grits
• 3 1/2 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 stick of butter
• 1 package garlic cheese
• 2 eggs, plus enough milk to make 1 cup

What To Do
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Cook grits according to package instructions.

3. Add butter and garlic cheese to cooked grits and stir until melted and smooth.

4. Crack two eggs into measuring cup, then fill up to 1 cup with milk. Beat together, then add to grits.

5. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes until set.
