Easy Cornbread Muffins Recipe

This Easy Cornbread Muffins recipe makes 6 large muffins.
What You Need
• 1 package prepared corn muffin mix
• 1 small can cream corn
• 1 egg
• Chopped jalapenos (optional)
What To Do
1. If using jalapenos, remove all seeds before chopping. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Grease 6 large muffin tins.
3. Mix all ingredients and pour batter evenly into muffin tins.
4. Bake 30 minutes, checking every couple minutes after the 20-minute mark.
